Pre-Order Field Guides
All Robbinsville Elementary students will receive one copy of the book for free.
If you are interested in ordering additional books, you can pre-order books for $5 each.
Books will be available for pick-up in Robbinsville once printed.
You can pay online or pay in person.
Student Book Signing – June 10th – 5-7pm
Robin Welker’s 3rd Graders at Robbinsville Elementary are making a Field Guide to Graham County! They are learning from experts, researching the nature and culture in their community, and creating fun activities for their friends and visitors.
In the process they are developing their reading and writing skills while deepening their knowledge of science and social studies.
We are offering sponsorship opportunities to local businesses, organizations, and individuals who are interested supporting authentic student learning in Western North Carolina, and attracting visitors to Graham County.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Gold – $500
Includes a full page in the guidebook. We’ll work with you to create a dedicated page in the guidebook.
Silver – $250
Includes a half page in the guidebook. We’ll work with you to create a dedicated half-page in the guidebook.
Bronze – $150
Includes your logo and/or name in the guidebook.
Details About Payment and Funds
All sponsorship dollars will go to the creation, design, printing, and distribution of the Field Guide project. The nonprofit, Southern Conservation Partners, serves as the fiscal sponsor for RootEd. You can contribute directly through the button above, or email Jay Korreck at jkorreck@constructiveld.org if you would like to pay via check.
